  • Community contributions: content you post in our GitHub repositories, Discord server, or other community spaces.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with our website.

  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

2.3 PatchMon Agent Data

For PatchMon Cloud users, the PatchMon agent installed on your servers collects system information necessary to provide the Service, including: hostname, operating system and version, installed packages and their versions, available updates, and system uptime. This data is transmitted to PatchMon Cloud over encrypted connections. Self-hosted users retain full control of this data on their own infrastructure.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • Process transactions and send related information.
  • Send transactional communications such as account confirmations, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
